Busted a smuggler tonight

I caught a new driver smuggling tonight, and busted him on the radio. He drives 105, and was parked first at a hotel stand. I was 2nd. Four guys piled into his car and he left. Maybe 20 seconds later dispatch called him with a bell and he said 10-4. Idiot.
